About these terms

Taskvok is a personal productivity app for organising tasks, events and documents. These service details explain the free and Pro offering. The operator is MARK TSUN YIN, an individual developer based in Hong Kong. Contact: pmarkspace@gmail.com.

App licence

Unless a custom EULA is provided with the app, the app licence is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These service details do not replace that agreement or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Read Apple’s Standard EULA

Free and Pro

Free features include tasks and events with recurrence, reminders, text documents, file import and organisation, top-level folders, and export, backup and restore. Pro adds note creation and editing, PDF editing and annotation, iCloud sync, subtasks and nested folders. The app’s purchase screen describes the features included with each purchase.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly and yearly Pro plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple displays the price, billing period and renewal terms before confirmation and processes payment. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Taskvok does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime purchase

The planned lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Taskvok Pro without recurring subscription charges. It does not include an iCloud storage plan or a guarantee of perpetual operating-system compatibility or uninterrupted third-party services. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your content and backups

Your content remains yours. Use Taskvok only with content you are entitled to use. Keep separate backups of important files. Sync may be delayed by connectivity, editing or operating-system restrictions; it is not a guaranteed real-time backup service. Deletions can sync across devices.

When Pro ends

Expiration does not itself delete local workspace content. Free features and reading and exporting existing notes and PDFs remain available. Pro-only editing, sync and creation features require a valid Pro entitlement.
